Quality & Compliance

Lifethread LLP maintains a formal Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2015 and a Medical Device QMS certified to ISO 13485:2016. We do not operate an in-house testing laboratory; instead, we use accredited third-party labs for independent validation. Our primary testing partners are ATIRA and Accuprec. All critical batch tests (including surface resistivity per ASTM D257, lint/particle testing per IEST/Helmke procedures, and other specified functional tests) are performed by these labs and records are retained and shared on request.

What we test:

• Surface resistivity (ASTM D257) for ESD garments

• Lint & particle generation (Helmke drum / IEST-RP-CC003.3)

• Seam strength and taped seam integrity

• Visual & dimensional inspection (size consistency)

Certificates available: ISO 9001:2015 certificate (company), ISO 13485:2016 certificate (company), ATIRA product test reports (batch wise), Accuprec test reports (batch wise). Please request the specific batch report when placing an order — we attach the lab report with the shipping documents.

Traceability & documentation: Every bulk order is shipped with packing list, batch numbers, and a copy of the relevant third-party test reports. For OEM orders we support private labelling and custom documentation as required by regulatory buyers.
